What We Collect

DanceFlow collects your email address for account creation and authentication. Videos you upload are processed by Mux (our video infrastructure provider) and stored securely.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the DanceFlow service — storing your routines, tracking practice progress, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Video Storage

Videos are stored by Mux and are only accessible to you via signed playback tokens. Free tier videos are automatically deleted when you upload a new routine.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS). We do not store your payment card details.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual routines at any time. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account directly in DanceFlow from Settings → Delete account. Account deletion removes the login, profile, uploaded videos, routines, segments, and practice history. Active web subscriptions are cancelled automatically; Apple and Google subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the applicable app-store account settings.
